MyGov has announced the top 30 selected participants in the online essay writing competition organised by NHPC Limited on the theme “Role of Hydro Power in Building a Viksit Bharat by 2047”. The announcement was published on 28 July 2026.
NHPC Limited, a Government of India Navratna enterprise under the Ministry of Power, conducted the competition in collaboration with MyGov. The contest was held online from 29 June 2026 to 13 July 2026 through the MyGov platform.

As per the MyGov announcement, the top 30 selected participants for the best essays may be felicitated with passes or invitations to attend the Independence Day Celebration on 15 August 2026 in New Delhi. The celebration is organised by the Ministry of Defence.
